Description

When 60-ring-gauge cigars first began finding their way into humidors in the early 2000s, cigar hobbyists were equal parts shocked, amused, and perhaps even a little offended. Fast forward to the modern era of premium cigars, and gordo sizes are here to stay! What started as 6" x 60 gradually evolved into 7" x 70, 8" x 80, and even (on rare occasion) 9" x 90.

Now, Aganorsa Leaf is turning heads with a beast of a cigar known as the Aganorsa Leaf JFR Lunatic 10 x 100 Maduro… Yes, you read that correctly: 10" x 100! This cigar makes the aforementioned sizes look like coronas. It's the largest-ever cigar from Aganorsa Leaf, and easily one of the largest cigars to be delivered to a national audience.

The JFR Lunatic 10 x 100 Maduro is rolled from Aganorsa's prized Nicaraguan tobaccos throughout the binder and filler, focusing on the famed Estelí and Jalapa growing regions of the country; these leaves are then finalized in a Mexican San Andrés maduro wrapper (we're just surprised there's a leaf large enough to surround this behemoth). Thankfully, Aganorsa has finalized the cigar with a tapered belicoso head, allowing for a surprisingly comfortable feel, concentrating the 100 gauge down to a manageable smoke output. This cigar will not only be a showstopper in your humidor, but will burn for virtually the entire day. You need to see it to believe it!
