A Royal Cigar

Highclere Castle Victorian is named after the famous British castle featured in Downton Abbey. But that’s not the only royal tie on this release from Foundation Cigar Company — the cigar is also a nod to the time of Queen Victoria, who ruled Great Britain from 1837 to 1901. The expansion of Highclere Castle during that time period was the inspiration behind this new gem.

Growing and improving upon the original Highclere Castle cigar, Highclere Castle Victorian also utilizes an Ecuador wrapper, Brazilian Mata Fina binder and a filler blend that’s entirely Nicaraguan. Don't be fooled though, they are in no way the same cigar! The Ecuador Wrapper on Victorian is an Ecuador Habano-Seed Wrapper that is of a higher priming giving it a darker appearance and stronger flavor, resulting in a full-bodied profile.
